Walmart Logistics Calgary is the main Walmart distribution centre for Western Canada, located at 3400 39 Ave NE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2000, and the fire alarm system was partially upgraded in 2019.

FACP
The building is protected by a Siemens Desigo Fire Safety Modular addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with 5 nodes:

* Node 2 (Shipping Mezzanine Electrical Room)
* Node 3 (Main Electrical Room)
* Node 4 (Shipping Mezzanine Catwalk)
* Node 5 (Centre West Warehouse)
The system runs Siemens' FirePrint addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal coding is 20BPM, and the alarm signal coding is temporal. Second stage is only activated via expiration of the 5 minute timer; there are no keyswitches on this system.

Automatic Detection Devices
There are Siemens FDOOT441 addressable multisensor smoke/heat detectors at all fire doors, on all conveyor systems, at the top of each stairwell, in all electrical rooms, and in some other areas.
There are Siemens FDT421 addressable heat detectors in some areas.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on Siemens DB-11 bases.
There are Siemens FDBZ492 duct smoke detector housings equipped with Siemens FDO421 addressable photoelectric heads on all air handling units.

There are Siemens XTRI-D addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
