The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

All common area notification appliances are Mircom “Select-a-Horn/Strobe” FHS-340R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical).

There is a System Sensor DNRA duct smoke detector housing on the air handling unit, fitted with a Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric head.

There are Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s main flow and tamper switches.
There are Mircom MIX-M500DMA addressable dual-input monitor modules supervising each floor sprinkler flow and tamper switches.

There are System Sensor M500XA isolator modules on the SLC, found on each floor.
