Whitehall Square is an apartment complex owned and operated by Boardwalk. This page will cover Tower A, located at 15503 87 Ave NW, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1971, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 2005.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the CACF/sprinkler room. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Notifier LCD-80TM annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.
Booster Panels[edit | edit source]
There is a Notifier FCPS-24S6C booster power supply next to the main FACP powering the insuite devices.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
Most common areas have Wheelock NS-24MCW-FR horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
The main floor has System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA-E horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
There is a System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) on the second floor as a deficiency replacement.
Most suites have Wheelock MIZ-24S-R mini-horns (red).
Newly renovated suites have System Sensor MHWZA silenceable mini-horns (white).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FSI-851A addressable ionization smoke detectors in all corridors.
There are Notifier FST-851A addressable 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in some areas.
All detectors are mounted on Notifier B710LPA bases.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on most sprinkler and signal circuits.
There are Notifier EOL-CW end of line resistor plates on the renovated suite signal circuits.
