On May 26, 2020 the alarm system was decommissioned and removed due to a dispute between the installer and the owner.

On the 31st of May it was announced that a ADT Unimode 10UD shall replace the old panel and all Initiating devices and Notification Appliances will be reused except for one G1-HDVM which was damaged upon temporary installation on another site. [[User:Yycsfirealarmnimrod]] now owns the MS-4. This plan came to fruition for approximately 2 days before the permenant system removal requested by the owner.

The downstairs/kitchen detector was a System Sensor C2WTA-BA, 2-wire, photoelectric i3 smoke detector with a thermal sensor and a built-in sounder, the sounder was removed due to it being unneccesary it was configured for alarm verification to avoid false alarms caused by cooking.
