Jasper Station is a heritage train station located at 607 Connaught Drive, Jasper, AB. It serves as a station on VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer railway lines. It was built in 1926, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 2000s.

System Specifications (2000s-present)[edit | edit source]

FACP[edit | edit source]

The station is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. It replaced a Notifier AFP-200C in the 2010s. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Notifier LCD2-80 LCD annunciator paired with an ACM-24AT LED annunciator at the entrance.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to electromechanical, 15cd).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

The pull stations are a mix of Notifier MPS-950B conventional pull stations and NFM-950B conventional pull stations; most are NFM-950B. All pull stations are wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

None noticed.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
