Okotoks Centennial Arenas is a twin arena complex located at 204 Community Way, Okotoks, Alberta. It has one arena with a capacity of 1500, and one with a capacity of 300. The main arena was built in 2006, and the other arena was built in 2015. The system is original.

System Specifications (2006-present)[edit | edit source]

FACP[edit | edit source]

The complex is protected by an Edwards iO1000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, but the model was confirmed by an annunciator. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

The iO1000 replaced an EST QuickStart QS1.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an EST RA-ENC2 2-bay annunciator enclosure at the main entrance, housing an EST R-LCD annunciator (LCD, common controls), and an EST R-LED24 annunciator (24-LED).

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are likely EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas

There is an Edwards SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detector at the top of the stairs as a deficiency replacement.

All detectors are mounted on SIGA-SB bases.

The air handling units have EST SIGA-DH duct detector housings with SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric heads.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
