Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
Most pull stations were Simplex 4099-9001 addressable single-action pull stations.
Some areas had Simplex 4099-9004 addressable single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices
There were Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9733 addressable fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors in mechanical rooms, mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases.
Modules
There were Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches, and for alarm signal receiving from Value Village. There was a Simplex 4090-9002 addressable relay module used to trip the Value Village system.
EOLs
There were Simplex 2081-9040C end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
