Water’s Edge is an apartment complex owned by Broadstreet. This page will cover Building 77, which is located at 77 Element Drive N, St. Albert, AB. It was built in 2013, and the fire alarm system is original.
System Specifications (2013-present)
FACP
The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances
All common area notification appliances but one are Mircom “Select-a-Horn/Strobe” FHS-340R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical).
There is one Mircom FHS-340W horn/strobe (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical) on the 4th floor.
All suite bedrooms have Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini-horns (white).
