FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD2-80 annunciator and a custom graphic annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.
Boosters
There is a Notifier PS10C booster power supply in the main electrical room.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, bilingual lettering, set to 15cd). Some classrooms and communication rooms have System Sensor HRLA remote horns (red, wall-mount). For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” SRKA-B weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, blue lens) outside the main entrance.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-SA addressable single-action pull stations. Most stations are equipped with Notifier MPS-LP dual-action conversion kits.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, and there are Notifier FST-951A addressable fixed-temperature heat detectors in all storage and electrical rooms. All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B300A-6 bases. There are System Sensor D1420A conventional photoelectric duct smoke detectors on all air handling units, wired to Notifier FZM-1A addressable monitor modules. The atriums have Notifier FS-OSI-RIA addressable beam detectors, with System Sensor RTS151KEY-A test switches wired to them.
Modules
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
