The fire alarm panel is a [[Simplex 4006]] (4006-9122, beige door with LED annunciator). The panel may have replaced a Notifier System 500. It is located at the front, above some seats for waiting.

All notification appliances were System Sensor MASS24LO sounder/strobes (red, wall-mount, 1.5cd). These were likely set to 800Hz continuous.
The notification appliances are all Simplex "TrueAlert" 4906-9127 (red, wall, SmartSync) horn/strobes. They were installed when the 4006 was installed, but that is from an unknown time. Most likely they replaced System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P1224MC (red, wall) horn/strobes.
