The building currently houses Pacekids Programs, Service Canada Centre & Passport Services, HealthFirst Optometry, and several other businesses. Most offices currently sit vacant. The building was built in 2002, and the fire alarm system is original with the exception of the horn/strobes in HealthFirst Optometry.
