Wingate is a chain of lower-midrange hotels owned by Wyndham. They have locations in several countries, and are headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. This particular hotel is located at 20 Stafford Dr S, Lethbridge, AB. The hotel opened in 2000 as a Holiday Inn Express, but became a Wingate property in 2020, following the opening of a brand new Holiday Inn Express on the South side of town. The fire alarm system is mostly original.

System Specifications (2000-present)

FACP

The hotel is protected by an Edwards EST2 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located at the main entrance. The panel model is unconfirmed, as memory of the panel is quite vague. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
