Pineridge Apartments is an apartment complex located at 433 Pinestream Place NE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The complex is owned and managed by Boardwalk Residential. Deficiency replacements include a Mircom BL-6 motor bell (6” gong) in the lobby, a Mircom BL-6A motor bell (6” gong) in the second floor hallway, and a Mircom BL-6B motor bell (6” gong) in the fourth floor hallway.

Pull Stations
Most pull stations are Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations.
Some areas have Edwards 275-C111 conventional single-action pull stations, which replaced recalled Edwards pull stations.
Other areas have Tyco/Grinnell MS-401GR conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the entryway of all suites, and in common area closets and mechanical/electrical rooms.
Some units have System Sensor 5601A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors as deficiency replacements.
One unit has a Potter CR-135W conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector as a deficiency replacement.
All common areas have System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors.
Some laundry rooms have Edwards 245A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors.
EOLs
There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
