'50 4307 130 Avenue SE' is the address of a plaza in the South Trail Crossing shopping area of Southeast Calgary. It currently houses Homesense and Marshalls, but prior to 2015, there was a Co-op grocery store there. The building was built in 1999, but the current system was installed after the 2015 reconstruction.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an EST Quickstart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance to Marshalls. When in alarm, the system does code 3.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are from EST's Genesis line of devices. Along the exterior walls, there are EST G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering). The ceilings have GC-HDVM horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no lettering). The restrooms have G1R-VM remote strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 Signature series addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed, as all public areas have sprinkler coverage.

Former System Specifications (Co-op)
