Avenida Place is a shopping area located in the Lake Bonavista neighborhood of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This page will cover Building 600, located at 12101 Lake Fraser Drive Southeast. The building consists of Ricky’s All Day Grill, Sun Sational Nails, Fish Tales Fly Shop, and several vacant units. The building opened in 2000, and the fire alarm system is mostly original.

The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
