The building consists of Mary Brown’s Chicken, McDonald’s, Posh Hair Studio, Sew Good, and So Posh Nails. The building was built in 2015, and the fire alarm system is original excluding one notification appliance.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the mechanical room at the rear of the building. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Mircom RAX-LCD annunciator paired with a Mircom RAX-1048TZDS annunciator outside Mary Brown’s Chicken. Both annunciators are mounted in a Mircom BB-1002 enclosure.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All indoor notification appliances are Wheelock “Exceder” HSR horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a Mircom FS-400-WW remote strobe (white, wall-mount) above the annunciator, installed as a deficiency replacement for a Wheelock RSSWP-2475-FR weatherproof remote strobe.

There are Mircom MIX-M500MAPA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are System Sensor M500XA isolator modules on the SLC.

There are Mircom MP-300 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
