FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by an ADT EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the fire equipment room. The system runs ADT’s Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system plays a prerecorded message, with no evacuation tone.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an ADT EST3-LCDANN annunciator in the station manager’s office.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All system messages are broadcast through the station’s public address system; there are no dedicated notification appliances on this system.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are ADT ADT-278 addressable dual-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are ADT ADT-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in all elevator lobbies, mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
