Graham Construction is a construction company. This page will cover the Calgary office, which is also the headquarters of the company. It is located at 10840 27 St SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was completed in 2008, and the fire alarm system is mostly original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards iO1000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced the original EST QuickStart QS1 in 2021.

Booster Panels

There are three Edwards BPS6A 6-amp booster power supplies on the system, located in the main floor corridor, IT office and pre-action room. The pre-action room serves as the clean agent release.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
The suppression release notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the server room, at the top of each stairwell and at the fire shutters in the basement.
There are EST SIGA-HRS addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors at the top of each elevator shaft.
All detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
There are EST SIGA-SD addressable photoelectric duct smoke detectors on each return air unit.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches, plus two boosters.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are EST SIGA-CC1 addressable control modules for booster trigger.
There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on the SLC.

EOLs

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.

Bonus Information

The elevator uses Edwards "Genesis" G1-HD horns (white, no marking, set to continuous) for its alarm.
