Auburn Landing is an apartment complex owned and operated by Boardwalk. This page will cover Building 20, located at 20 Auburn Bay Street SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2016, and the fire alarm system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the 2nd floor electrical room. The system runs Mircom's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
This panel is interconnected to the system in Building 30 via relay and monitor modules.

Annunciators

There is a Mircom RAX-LCD annunciator paired with a Mircom RAX-1048TZDS annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.
Both annunciators are mounted in a Mircom BB-1002 enclosure.

Modules
