Safeway is a chain of grocery stores. This particular location is in the town of Cochrane. It was built in 2001, and is in a plaza, however this is the only store in the plaza with a system.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is a Simplex 4100ES InfoAlarm from 2016-17. It replaced an EST2 from 2001 for some reason. Even though both alarm systems are addressable, they were set up in a non-addressable manner.

Annunciators

There is a Simplex 4603-9101 annunciator in the entrance of the Liquor store.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are the same, EST 757-5A-T Integrity horn/strobes. They are original from 2001. In the liquor store, there is an EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM (red, wall-mount, no FIRE) horn/strobe on the ceiling. For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RK (red, wall, weatherproof) horn/strobe. It replaced a Wheelock MB-G6-24 motor bell in 2017.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all Mirtone 73303, original from 2001.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed.
