The Beaumont Community Centre is a community centre located at 5204 50 Ave, Beaumont, AB. It spans two floors, has an area of 30,000 sq ft, has the largest banquet facility in Leduc County, and a seating capacity for 500. It was built in 2015, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an EST iO500 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. Alert signal coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal for the evacuation signal.
