Tuscany Station is an CTrain light rail station on the red line for Calgary Transit. It is the newest train station built, and is located near Tuscany, NW Calgary. The station opened in 2014, and has the original fire alarm system.

FACP

The station is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room. The system runs EST's Signature-series addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators

There is an EST QS1-CPU-1 annunciator and SL30 card in a QSA-1-S cabinet on the top floor.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances consist of six EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM (red, fire, no FIRE marking) horn/strobes, set to 15cd. Outside, above the entrance, there is an EST "Integrity" CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe without a FIRE lens.

The pull stations consist of EST SIGA-270 addressable pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

The automatic detection devices consist of two EST SIGA-IPHSB (black) 4D addressable multisensor detectors. They can detect smoke (ionization and photoelectric) and heat. They are mounted on SIGA-SB bases, covered with SIGA-TSB trims.
