Pineridge Apartments is an apartment complex located at 433 Pinestream Place NE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The complex is owned and managed by Boardwalk Residential. Most pull stations are Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations.
Some areas have Edwards 275-C111 conventional single-action pull stations, which replaced recalled Edwards pull stations.
Other areas have Tyco/Grinnell MS-401GR conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the entryway of all suites, and in common area closets and mechanical/electrical rooms.
Some units have System Sensor 5601A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors as deficiency replacements.
One unit has a Potter CR-135W conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector as a deficiency replacement.
All common areas have System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors.
Some laundry rooms have Edwards 245A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors.
