Flintridge Place is a low-rise apartment building located at 8208 Flint Road SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building is owned and managed by Boardwalk. The building was built in 1969, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 1998, and most recently in 2012.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the first floor corridor near the elevator lobby. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are Cerberus Pyrotronics MTL-S15-F horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd, set to horn).
These are located throughout the corridors and lobby; there are no signaling devices in the suites.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Mircom MS-401AD addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout all corridors.
There are Mircom MIX-5251RBA addressable 135-degree fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in some areas.
There is a Mircom MIX-5251HBA addressable 190-degree fixed-temperature heat detector in the garbage room.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.

There is a Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor module supervising the sprinkler system’s flow switch.

There are Mircom MP-300 end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
