Spruce Ridge Estates is a set of apartment buildings owned by Boardwalk. This page will cover buildings 3370 and 3372, located on 3370/3372 Spruce Drive SW, Calgary, AB. The buildings were built in 1953, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 1998.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The buildings are protected by a Notifier System 500 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in 3370’s entrance vestibule. The system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All common area notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
There is a System Sensor “L-Series” P2WLA horn/strobe (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in one corridor of the second floor.
Each suite has a System Sensor PA400SR-A mini-horn (red, silenceable) with a System Sensor S2415A remote strobe (red, wall-mount, 15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
Most pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations.
There is a Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull station as a deficiency replacement.
There are Fire-Lite MPS-950BF conventional single-action pull stations in some areas.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are System Sensor “i3” C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors in most areas.
There are System Sensor DH100PA conventional photoelectric duct smoke detectors on each MUA.
There is an FDD CR-135 conventional 135॰F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector in the under-stair storage.
The mechanical room has a Mircom TD-200 conventional 200॰F fixed-temperature heat detector.

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
