Southview Community Association is a community centre located at 2020 33 St SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1972, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 1993; the FACP and some detectors were replaced in 2021.

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-106R conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is temporal.

There are Mircom TD-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in all bar areas and most storage rooms.
There are Mircom TD-200 conventional 200°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the main furnace room and in all kitchens.
There are Edwards 245A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the garage and skate shack.
There are System Sensor 5604A conventional 194°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in all furnace rooms and some storage rooms.
